Overview and Design History
The XT-IDE rev 4 is the fourth revision of the Glitch Works continuing extension of the XT-IDE rev 2 ISA controller. The original XT-IDE project was created by Jeff Leyda (Hargle) and further developed through the N8VEM/vintage-computer.com community. The Glitch Works picked up the design, producing rev 3 and rev 4 boards with incremental improvements.
